Notification Settings – Quick Guide

The Notification Settings Page allows you to configure real-time alerts for your LicenseShipper system using Telegram.

Main Options

Enable Telegram Alerts
Turn on this option to start receiving alerts via Telegram.

Telegram Bot Token

  • Required for connecting LicenseShipper to your Telegram bot.
  • Example format: 123456789:ABC-DEF1234ghIkl-zyx57W2v1u123ew11.

Telegram Chat ID

  • The recipient ID where alerts will be sent.
  • For personal chats: a number like 123456789.
  • For channels/groups: use a negative ID like -1001234567890.

Enable Sold Alert
Get notified each time a license is sold.

Enable Stock Alert
Receive an alert when stock levels are low or depleted.

Actions

  • Save Settings (Green Button): Apply and activate your notification preferences.

Tips

  • Use a dedicated Telegram bot to keep alerts separate from personal accounts.
  • Combine Sold Alerts and Stock Alerts for full visibility of your business activity.
  • Always test by sending a sample message after saving your bot token and chat ID.
