Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard gives owners and staff a high‑level operational snapshot of their LicenseShipper workspace: plan usage, inventory health, sales insights, blacklist protection, orders, and notifications—all in one place.

Account & Inventory KPIs

  • Plan – shows current plan (e.g., Free Trial) and status (e.g., Trialing). Use this to gauge feature availability and quota.
    • Action: Click the plan badge (where available) to open Billing and upgrade.
  • Available Licenses – total unassigned licenses across all products. Use this to detect stock shortages at a glance.
    • Action: Click to open Inventory / Licenses filtered to available.
  • Sold Licenses – total licenses sold (period: lifetime unless filtered by range controls once available). Good for revenue and performance snapshots.
  • Products – total number of listed products in your workspace.

Monthly API Usage

  • Progress bar shows requests used vs plan quota (e.g., 6 / 150 requests).
  • Resets on your monthly billing cycle.
  • Actionable limits: When you’re close to quota, upgrade plan or enable caching/bulk workflows to reduce calls.

Blacklist Overview

Summarizes fraud‑prevention status.

  • Total Blocks – cumulative number of emails/identifiers blocked.
  • Active Blocks – currently enforced blocks.
  • Events Today – blacklist hits or attempts observed today.
  • Last Attempt – timestamp of most recent blacklist event.
  • Manage Blacklist – opens the Blacklist page where you can:
    • Add/remove emails, domains, IPs (depending on your configuration).
    • View event history and lift temporary bans.

Fraud Activity Lists

  • Top Blocked Emails – ranking of identifiers triggering the blacklist most often. Helps you spot abuse sources quickly.
  • Recent Blacklist Activity – chronological log of latest events (email, reason, time). Useful for post‑incident review.

Sales Insights

  • Best‑Selling Product – highlights the top product for the selected range (default: This Month). If no sales are detected, the card displays an empty state.
  • Expense by Source – breaks down license procurement cost by source/vendor for the selected range. Good for margin analysis.

Activity Feeds

  • Recent Orders – latest orders with quick cues (buyer, product, status). Click any row to open the order details.
  • Recent Notifications – last system notifications (e.g., low stock, new order, warnings). Click to open the Notifications center.
